When I started looking at Dubai real estate, I was shocked by how hard it was to get basic information. What did this unit actually sell for? Is this asking price fair? Every answer required knowing someone on the inside.

That felt wrong. In a healthy market, everyone should have access to the same facts. Not rumors, not guesses, not whatever an agent decides to share. Real data.

That's why we built Daleel. Not just as a product, but as a mission. We believe transparency creates better outcomes for everyone: buyers, sellers, investors, and the market itself.
